LEADERSHIP COACHING

Our executive coaching for leaders and aspiring leaders builds on the foundation of being able to understand you and your perspective in order to empower you through gently expanding and growing your perspective. Through our executive coaching service, we come alongside you to help you achieve your goals and get rid of limiting paradigms.

Luminous Leaders offers two types of coaching:

· Individual Coaching : which is based on one to one private and confidential executive and business coaching. Our aim here is to help you as an individual gain beneficial clarity through a weekly process involving goal setting, interaction and accountability.

· Group Coaching : this is typically carried out on our client’s site in a small setting. It can also be executed via video conferencing and webinar facilities. When we work in group settings, we draw on the contributions of all group members to develop solutions that are greater than what any one individual group member could generate. The camaraderie and team ethic that is developed in the process, contributes to creating an atmosphere which is conducive to the thriving and growth of each group member.
